As a UX beginner myself I was more than happy to have discovered this website, plenty of interesting posts about UX, tips to getting started, and general information about User Experience Design. I recommend it to anyone interested in UX design or looking for more information about it.

The best thing about this website for me is their explanation and examples of UX designers portfolios. Obviously as beginners it may be hard to know what employees look for in a portfolio, or what to put in it, but this website really goes into detail explaining by using fascinating examples of various expert portfolios. After all, your portfolio is probably the most important part of being a UX designer.
